We finished planting the last tulips this weekend

We finished planting the last tulips this weekend - just a few varieties that had been back ordered. Placing them is the only part we don’t do mechanically, which will hopefully change in the near future since it felt like it took foreverrrrr this year. Got to get this little monkey a seat on a planter that’s not my back!

Luke and I had our first ‘real date’ on his 21st birthday, and today I wish him a very happy 40th birthday! Almost 20 years and I’m still floored by all the things he does for our family and farm - there’s nothing he can’t figure out, fix, or build, he’s a ridiculously fun dad, a fab flower model, a stellar jazz guitarist, and has a very quick wit. (If puns ever show up in your comments, that’s all him - sorry about that 😂) Happy birthday, Luke!
