We’re open today (Wednesday) for Thanksgiving! T

We’re open today (Wednesday) for Thanksgiving! Today is the day to pick up your preorders and any last minute table decor or gifts for your host (I’m unpacking beautiful new beeswax tapers that just came in! 😍) Dried flowers have been restocked and I brought in big luscious fresh eucalyptus branches from the greenhouse. We’re closed tomorrow and Friday but are here until 4 today and again on Saturday, 10 - 4.
PS the middle picture is the dahlia field at 6:30 this morning - we pulled in the last of the tubers before opening the store today 😍😳

We have winterberry! And Luke and I are slinging it at the shop 10 - 4 today and tomorrow, and again next week for Thanksgiving (we’ll be open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.) Also, don’t forget to pre-order your Thanksgiving centerpiece - it just takes a few minutes on the website! 🦃

My favorite red dahlia, ‘American Beauty’ 😍

My favorite red dahlia, ‘American Beauty’ 😍 Structured, tall, and perfectly clear red, just deep enough to mix beautifully with fall colors but not dark enough to group with the burgundies. I got her as a ‘gift tuber’ with a larger order years ago (which I usually hate since tiny amounts of things are a pain on our scale and usually get lost in the hustle, but I feel bad not planting them 😂) but have grown her on to a small patch. This particular bucket of beauty is on its way to @wholesaleflow28 as I type!

The first few stems of late-bloomer ‘Cool Luke,’ who only blooms when temperatures start to drop 👏
