The way we farm (and forage) is all about letting the unexpected come to life. Ours are not just your basic flower-shop varieties, and our special ingredients—a spray of bolted broccoli raab, or something scavenged from the edges of our fields—add an element of wildness and individuality that our customers come back for. Even we are surprised sometimes at how it all comes together, which keeps it fresh, and evolving.”
