Thank you all who attended the wonderful opening weekend of Hillsdale’s very own The Workshop Experience opening weekend! Tiny Hearts hosted two completely sold-out classes, focused on one of our favorite crops, DAHLIA, both on how to successfully grow them and then how to create stunning arrangements using these long season beauties. See above for a snapshot of our afternoon arranging workshop!
If you missed out on either of these popular classes, fear not! We’ve opened up two encore presentations of these classes due to overwhelming demand. Use the link below to purchase a ticket to an on-the-farm classroom style talk “Growing Fantastic Dahlias” followed by a self guided farm tour! Or if you’re more of a hands-on type, sign up for our Dahlia Arranging workshop later that afternoon.
Flowers and Jazz: a fine pairing!
Thank you to all who attended our lawn concert this weekend. We had a great audience from both locals and those who traveled from afar to attend the first of our Workshop Experience Weekends! In response to the many inquiries: “Can you let me know when you’re playing locally again,” I wanted to share a few local appearances with you which you may like to attend!
Wednesday, Sept. 15, 6 – 9pm at the Roe Jan Brewing Co. in Hillsdale, NY
Thursday, Sept. 16, 6 – 9pm at The Point, in Albany NY
My local gig down the street from the flower shop continues! This week featuring two supremely talented and accomplished musicians: Tarik Shah on bass, and Jimmy Madison on drums. We’ll be doing a double header with the second night in Albany!
Sunday, Sept. 19, 2 – 5pm at the Hudson Brewery in Hudson, NY
This will be like Sunday brunch with beer! Along with the amazing Tarik Shah, we’ll have my long time associate, Bob Meyer on drums AND cymbals! Another fine local venue supporting jazz music!
Hope to see you!
